Just thought I'd give it a go. Hiking near Leavenworth, Washington state.
The first photo started life as two 7 image HDR images stitched together as a vertical pano, then cropped
Then after I got back from a shoot with friends on a different weekend, I realized both would fit into this catagory. We had planned on going on an eagle rafting trip in the North Cascades but it was raining so hard the river flooded.
So we wandered around behind the university of Washington trying to keep our equipment dry.
And in a cool bit of happenstance, we saw some eagles!
Then I was having so much fun uploaded, I dropped in a couple from last fall. More to test the posting thing, since I've not did this before. And 'cus I like the pictures.
Blue blobs is food coloring dropped into a glass of vodka (the vodka being kept in the freezer for a week before hand, so it became somewhat viscous and super cooled). The glass kept condensing too quickly. If I try this again I think I'll shoot the glass with a blowdryer to try to stop it from beading up. The photo is rotated 180 degrees for effect.
Next is water with blue food coloring flung sidewise. Photo rotated 90 degrees for effect.
